Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.

Free Shipping on orders $50+ (7-15 business days)

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 3-5 days to appear after shipment as the package transits international carriers.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs processing, or holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact support@brightbreathe.com and we'll investigate immediately.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local postal carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@brightbreathe.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with you on a resolution.
