REFUND POLICY

We stand behind our products with a 90-Day Trial Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your BrightBreathe device for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:
- Your request must be initiated within 90 days of delivery
- The device must be returned with all original accessories (charging cable, instruction card)
- Returns must be requested by emailing support@brightbreathe.com with your order number
RETURN PROCESS
1. Email support@brightbreathe.com with your order number and reason for return
2. Our support team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is paid by BrightBreathe. We will provide a prepaid shipping label with your return instructions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, the silicone nasal prongs cannot be returned separately. The full device with prongs may be returned under the terms above.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned device, we'll inspect it and notify you that we've received your return. We'll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@brightbreathe.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
